Joined by Maire’s sister Eilis Egan(Riverdance and Reeltime) on accordion, keyboard, flute and whistle and Michelle Mulhaire from Galway Ireland ( Eamon and Michelle Band) on drums, vocals and guitar. Many wonderful musicians played with the band on occasion such as Michael Galvin, Matthew Antolick, Benny Hayes, Chris Kelly, Darryl Conlon, Dezi Reynolds, Shane Mc Gowan, Maria Millar, Hanz Araki, Barry Fisher, Joe Trump, Kevin Burke, Johnny Connolly to name but a few, all successful Irish musicians themselves.

She has also played in the original production of Lord of The Dance with Michael Flatley in the summer of 1997 before being offered a full time position with “Troupe 2 “ for several years touring the USA, Canada, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Australia, France, UK, Czech Republic, Hungary. During this time Maire had two sit down residencies with the show in Biloxi Mississippi at The Beau Rivage Hotel and Casino Resort during 2001 and again in Las Vegas at The Venetian Hotel and Casino Resort Las Vegas which lasted two and a half years until April 2004. It was a good thing she learned all of those Riverdance song because she ended up performing with them. Maire first performed in Riverdance The Show when invited to replace Eileen Ivers as the lead fiddle soloist to tour Australia. She played along side her sister Eilis Egan who was a long time member of The Riverdance Orchestra playing accordion . Eilis toured the world with Riverdance The Show which included a long run on Broadway with the production at The Gershwin Theatre. This is probably the only time two siblings performed in the Riverdance orchestra together.

She’s shared the stage with The Rolling Stones, Ray Charles, The Irish Tenors, Robin McAuley and too many more superstars to list.

Marie and Sin E Ri Ra blew us away! Every single person in the house was singing along, dancing and there was plenty of Guiness being poured! They are one of the hardest working Irish band in the USA today performing 6 nights a week 50 weeks a year for the past 6 and a half years with a band that has been working 13 years in the same venue. This in one of only two full time Irish music band residencies in the USA today, one in Las Vegas at the NY NY casino at Nine Fine Irishmen the other in Raglan Road Irish Pub in Disney World Florida. These are very coveted gigs and Maire was lucky enough to be chosen to do both gigs since 2007.
