On April 7th 2016 DJ Ashba officially opened his new clothing line store called, ASHBA CLOTHING at the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas. He started the event with a bang, or should we say a “Jump” off of the tower, 108 flights up as he did a live stream of his insane jump. Photographers, fans, family and friends awaited him at the bottom as he filmed the whole thing for his viewers on Facebook.

After the jump, he walked down to the Black Carpet and found his lovely wife and love of his life, Nathalia and they entered the chaos of paparazzi on the “Black Carpet.” They posed for photographers and then the line of rockers and celebs posed for the cameras. There were lots of local bands on the carpet like “Stoney Curtis Band”, “Winters Call” and “Desire the Fire.” There were also some Rockstars on the carpet like “Stryper”, who was in town rehearsing for the new tour and Oz Fox’s cover band who tours extensively, “Let it Rawk” with guitarist, Stacey Blades. The “Sin City All Stars” were on hand with Jizzy Pearl and Scotty Griffin. Local celebs like Tattoo Artist Lea Vendetta walked the carpet with her hubby AJ as well as Vinnie Paul and Christian Brady from “Hell Yeah.” More local music celebs, including Bob Kulick, Phil Lewis, Johnny Rude and David Reed Watson, Nadir D’ Priest from “London” and Publisher of “Vegas Rocks”, Sally Steele came to the event. Mike Henry, Roli Szabo from “Counting Cars” were on hand hamming it up, as well as JD Scott from “HDTV” and model, Anabelle Belle, who walked the carpet together. The new “Leatherface”, Andrew Bryniarski, Eric Stacy from Faster Pussycat Alex Grossi from Quiet Riot posed for the photog’s as well as horror movie director Eli Roth. The “Black Carpet” was complete insanity for this event!

After all the chaos of the “Black Carpet”, DJ and Nathalia went into the store and posed for more photo’s with the lovely cake made by “Rock Sugar.” Ashba was stopped by many fans for photo ops and selfies and he did so without any complaint. He was enthusiastic and had a blast walking through and meeting friends and fans. The event ended as everyone, including DJ Ashba went down to the Circle Bar inside the Startosphere and partied til the wee hours.

This event was incredible! There were so many people just mobbing the store, and everyone had a blast. Special thanks to Alice Goldstein and Eleven Seven Music for including Sin City Presents Magazine in the festivities.
