Is this a big, expensive job? From Tom – Waterdown Hello Tom; A three season room will be much more affordable than a four season room, and could be constructed quite easily and affordably. Four season rooms can be very costly and take quite some time to complete. The higher cost arises from insulating the walls and bringing heat into the room, which may easily triple the cost of creating a three-season room. This type of project will require a building permit and an experienced contractor. You have to ensure you hire a reputable contractor that will patiently and carefully design the project with you, listen to your needs, and work within your budget.
