You can be proactive when it comes to your well being by doing a little advance planning, and by accepting that it’s no disgrace to ask for some assistance. Get to know your neighbours, if you don’t already. Learn who is willing to help and in whom you can trust. Have a plan in place for lawn cutting, snow removal, garbage set-out, for the times when you are unable to handle those tasks.
