Nov . 14 – Burlington Community Gardens 2017 Season - Apply Now ! Applications OPENS Monday , November 14 and will be accepted until midnight November 30 . The cost to rent a plot for the season is $ 50 . Water , soil and compost are supplied . All plots have full sun and access to a storage shed . All gardens are surrounded by a chain link fence with locked gates that only the permitted gardeners may access . A lottery of all applicants for each garden will happen by the beginning of December . Printed forms may be picked up and dropped off at the Seniors ’ Centre in Central Park , or City Hall .
