INTAMARKET GRAPHICS APPOINTED AS AN AUTHORISED ROLAND DEALER IN
GAUTENG
Intamarket Graphics has announced that it is an
authorised Roland dealer in Gauteng, and will
provide sales, service and maintenance with
immediate effect. Intamarket Graphics’ Managing
Director Gavin Turner provided insight.
‘For most of my years in the graphics industry I
have had a good relationship and been closely
aligned with the Roland brand. Intamarket Graphics
joined the family of Roland distributors some five
years ago as an ink and consumables distributor.
An opportunity recently presented itself for
Intamarket Graphics Gauteng to become a fully
authorised Roland distributor, and we grabbed it
with both hands,’ he said.
Intamarket Graphics now offer the entire Roland
range, as well as service and maintenance within
the Gauteng region. Turner said the company is
especially privileged to have Norman Nyama, who
has had some 15 years of experience with Roland,
as the company’s senior technician, as well as
individuals experienced in Roland equipment sales
and operations within its sales team. Intamarket
Graphics’ Durban and Cape Town branches will
continue as Roland ink and consumables dealers.
‘Our strategy has for some time been to become a
one stop service provider to the signage industry,
offering premium brands. While there will always
be new opportunities, we are happy that we are
a step closer to that goal with the addition of the
Roland authorised dealership. We have created
pockets of focus and expertise within our business

Rexx Screen & Digital Supplies has announced
the installation of a Kornit Thunder and Chiossi e
Cavazzuti Ace Return Belt Dryer at Vic Bay Durban,
one of many installations by the company within
the nationwide Vic Bay network.
According to David McClenaghan of Vic Bay KZN,
the motivation behind the purchase was the
success following the recent installation by Rexx
Screen & Digital Supplies at Vic Bay’s Gauteng
branch: ‘Our Gauteng branch was the first to buy
the Kornit DTG printer and it has been a huge
success. Since then, our KZN and Western Cape
branches have also purchased Kornit DTG printers,’
said McClenaghan, ‘Additionally, Steve Harcourt-
Wood from Rexx Screen & Digital Supplies is great
to work with.’
The installation of the machines has opened new
markets for the company. They can now offer
in-house branding as a value-added service to
customers who purchase Vic Bay garments. Rexx
