Siena Heights University BAM 201 BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS 3 This course studies and analyzes oral and written communication problems common to the business enterprise. An emphasis is placed on appropriate planning, writing, and evaluating business e-mails, letters, memorandums, reports, and other general correspondence. Additionally, there is a strong focus on the development of presentations and marketing yourself effectively. BAM201 or BAM441 is required for all Business majors. Topics will include data analysis, configuration, and financial tools.
