SiA Inc . is a boutique sole proprietorship owned by anthropologist and independent scholar Fuambai Sia Ahmadu . SiA Inc . includes the U . S . based 501C3 non-profit advocacy organization , All Women are Free to Choose and subsidiary , Sierra Leone Women are Free to Choose registered in Freetown as well as SiA Magazine and the Miss Sierra Leone USA Leadership and Scholarship pageant ( MSLUSA - formerly Miss Sierra Leone DC ).
January to June 2015
• Relaunch of SiA Magazine on February 6 , 2014 to mark the beginning of the world ’ s first challenge to Zero-Tolerance Anti-FGM Policies and Legislation directly from affected women .
