Another favorite experience of his was at the American Music Awards in 2015. He performed with Taylor Swift and landed an appearance on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine, alongside Taylor.
I asked John to tell me what type of message he would like to convey to his fans and followers and he responded as follows:
“There was no such thing as a famous dancer when I started. My motivation wasn’t fame, but getting better, personally. This field requires patience, hard work, muscle control, and takes tons of practice. You have to perfect your craft and get crazy about it.”
There are no shortcuts, in John’s opinion. You must be consistent. It is very difficult to get famous through dance, and your motivation must be for the love of dance and not the chance of becoming famous.
