you shouldn't be
doing this.
START IT OFF EASY
Tip number three. A smooth takeaway, I always see guys
set up to the ball, and the minute they take it back, they get
jerky, really quick. Just not a good recipe for good shots. I
would try to compare taking away a golf swing as you're
stepping on a gas pedal. You're not going to press down on it
right away. You want to have a smooth take away. Sweet and
gentle, which starts up the backswing in the proper rhythm.
I would say
60% or more of
bad shots occur
because of bad
tempo, especially
the transition.
