As far back as she can remember, owner of
Ry-bandz, Ryann Jones always loved wearing
headbands,they were always her thing. Later
in life, Ryann was frustrated with the lack of
selection and quality of the headbands that
were available. In 2013 she took matters into
her own hands and Ry-bandz was born.
Ryann came across a type of material that was available in a wide array of colors and patterns that she thought would be perfect for headbands. After perfecting her own measurements and some stitching trial and error, she started assembling headbands for herself. Soon after wearing them to work and school, people began to ask where she bought her headbands. Her response was “I made it!”. As time progressed, Ryann started selling her headbands at local festivals and through the use of social media Ry-bandz reputation began to grow.
Today, Ry-bandz is a limited liability corporation (LLC), selling headbands to over 40 retail locations throughout New Jersey and Florida.
