You are an international company. With national borders currently closed how do you keep in touch with offices in other markets? How do you exchange experience? 

One of NHOOD’s sure strengths is its presence in ten countries and we all maintain ongoing contacts and communication. The final decision in any matter is taken by a particular national team, but our different offices are constantly in touch with each other, sharing best practices. The central office assumes the role of an expert, advisor and helping hand.

What are your TOP-3 recommendations for the market participants in 2021?

provided support for our tenants that they might smoothly enter the working mode and not leave our facilities. What’s more, tenants were protected by the federal law and so we were holding regular negotiations that all stakeholders could be sitting pretty. As of today our leasing and facility management team is in close touch with all tenants not only on matters of rental terms, but also on matters of mutual action: shop decoration, promo campaigns, or personnel training.
