How is the new property be different from your competitors? Actually are there any?
I really like the concept of Blue Ocean Strategy, that is developing business where competition is at minimum and the demand is at maximum. It is obvious the location at Prazhskaya metro station provides a lot of retail properties for the customer and my major task as an expert is to position the new Armada as the most popular one for tenants, designers and customers.
People visit a specialized furniture center to decorate their house, flat, office and to do it as cheap and beautiful as possible. In a specialized lifestyle center we are going to change Armada into, we can focus the attention on the range of goods and services to meet the needs of the target audience. Besides, compared to a classical shopping center, a specialized one is more likely to create an omnichannel community center.
Now, there is not a single lifestyle center in the south of Moscow, which is based on a furniture or designer shopping center. The market is just starting to move that way and everyone is looking for their own paths and shapes. I believe in the engagement the team of Armada 2020+ has and am convinced we have no competitors.
I personally will be happy to build the first in Russia specialized lifestyle furniture center of interior design in 2020, which will change the lives of over 3 million people and where each member of the management team will be 100% engaged in the process.
