One of the most important factors for the success of a shopping center is understanding of the customer needs, and it’s all about not only visitors but also tenants. Recently, many retailers modify their concepts under the in�luence of the economic situation, increase in online shopping and changes in the structure of shopping center visitors — rise of the very generation Z, which is now much spoken about.
