When thinking of going online, a shopping centre must not keep away from social networks. An Instagram account will work much better with a younger customer than a website. Alas, but a photo spot in the shopping centre, a celebration or a streetfood festival which will look good in pictures – that is what a modern customer wants to see.

“Our target audience is mostly found on VKontakte and Instagram. It is where we use such content as information, advertizing, and entertainment. We update the information and communicate with our customers daily,” says Anna Zagidullina.

Social networks together with outdoor advertising and digital advertising give access to large scale campaigns by engaging younger customers, who are more likely to buy online and share the events and information with their friends.
