How to Represent Christ in the Workplace by: Dr. Rita Fields T oday's work environment is not just a trip, it’s a journey! Truly. There is so much stuff going on that complicates effective navigation for the typical worker. This can be especially tricky for Christians. Despite the challenges that seem to continually erupt, it is entirely possible for Christians to work in a way that glorifies God and also provides a model for others on how to do so. There are many areas that we can focus on in the workplace that correlate with scripture. Let's explore some of them below: WORK ETHIC I have worked in corporate America for 20 years.
