How do you think you ’ ll behave around your partner , if these thoughts pop in your head ? Perhaps you are snappy , distant or grumpy . Ultimately , you push your partner away because of your negative self-image .
So how do we remedy the problem ? We do not double our exercise routine ; and cut out all the bad foods we think are making us feel this way . It is deeper than just doing the external stuff .
I firmly believe that everything we want in life starts with us rebuilding our inner self . When we fix our inner self , we ’ ll find the peace , and confidence to be comfortable in our own skin .
A renewed sense of being helps the relationship blossom and move to another level of intimacy . The following will help you transform your body image :
● Find Your Loving Mirror “ Life is a mirror , and will reflect back to the thinker what he / she thinks into it .” What you think about yourself when you look into the mirror is what you express in your relationships . Love yourself first . You can truly make your relationship a happy environment to be in , but it starts with YOU .
● Transforming You to Transform Your Relationship We do this with meditation , morning journaling , empowering questions , and affirmations . Imagine when after all of this work is complete you finally see your TRUE reflection in the mirror .
● Body Transformation External results are driven by consistency . The inner work is needed to execute the exercise and nutritional changes required to complete your transformation . The physical work becomes easier to execute .
The total transformation increases your confidence , which will be highlighted again in all the things that matter most to you .
