The automotive world is generally male-dominated, but the industry is beginning to shift gears. Today, women are breaking down employment barriers and making our industry stronger. While many dealerships are changing their culture to attract and hire more women,
we have made that process a part of our culture from day one. I believe women value their experience of the purchase process or having
service work performed as much as the new vehicle itself or the quality of service on their vehicle. That’s why I am so very proud of the
women at Mike Reichenbach Automotive. Our ladies are dedicated, hard-working, and smart women who are also relational – each
works to create a mutually trusting and respectful relationship with their customers as well as their co-workers and teammates.
