CONTRIBUTING writers cookie cawthon mary dittman is a wife, a mama, and the founder of Tenacious Grace – a ministry born out of her own personal story with Jesus. As a writer and speaker, Cookie is most passionate about reaching hurting people with the message of Truth, strength, and hope — which led her to join the Florence County Detention Center Ministry Team, where she now spends Sunday mornings teaching, praying, and connecting with female inmates. Married at 19, she moved to Rhode Island where she and her husband raised their seven kids. Kathy and her husband now have 12 grandchildren.
