Q: Times are changing and it seems like women are realizing that it’s fine to talk to someone about their struggles/issues. Could you give some advice to the woman who feels like they are ashamed to seek for help and talk to someone who is a professional?

A: My advice to women who feel ashamed to seek help with any struggle they have- again, we are living in the future; the world is your oyster. Life is about getting better and better. Have a seeking mind get the help you deserve. You owe it to yourself. Remember, not all help is lying on a shrink's chaise lounge spewing out your problems. You likely can even Google or YouTube your very problem and have the world pour its heart out to you, with a multitude of ways a problem can be handled. Personally, in a general sense, I like to use a little book called The Way To Happiness. It is simple, concise and to-the-point. You can likely have AN answer to any given problem within minutes and expand from there.

Q: So I heard you love to cook! With summer on our heels, what is you favorite thing to eat and cook during the summer?

A: My favorite thing to eat in the summer is watermelon. I would eat one a day! My favorite meals to cook are those that require no cooking [lol], thus we eat lots of salads in the summer.

Q: Remaining goals for 2018?

A: Hmm… remaining goals for 2018? Well to be honest, I just keep one long tally of a to-do list and it rolls over day to day. I am likely still completing some of 2017's list. Tops on my list- complete my books!
