In their early years, Shaw & Sons CEO Lee Shaw and President Ron Shaw worked in the field on structural projects including constructing column pad footings, grade beams, footings, setting structural steel bolt templates, and forming, placing, finishing and erecting hundreds of precast concrete panels. Lee and Ron have pumped, placed and finished more cubic yards of concrete than they care to remember; however they still love doing it …and still do.
