Shamanic Vision: Living Life through the Eyes of the Heart Issue #1, Fall 2016 | Page 15

If I am truly open, there is not much to stop me, and events will flow around and to me naturally. In the beginning, my tools may be crude. Perhaps I will start by watching a particular tv show, because I have discovered it makes me feel better. Then I start taking music classes, and I feel much better. Maybe the next thing which happens, is a friend introducing me to Shamanism or the like, then the boat really begins to rock. We are five and half hours on the road; our trip is nearing an end. We drive in two cars: a Toyota Fortuner, and in the front, a Mercedes. One is very reliable and good off-road, the other has excellent engineering and functionality. Well...Shamanic practice is like this. It is an excellent tool; it is any combination of car that you like. Getting down to it: Go now and sit down for a journey, with an intention as strong, as if it was the last thing you do in life, then beauty will bloom. The Adventure will come to you, like a Power Animal that appears unexpectedly, enriching and helping you. The Adventure is here. I don't know what the next second will bring—and that's the wonder! When I am hollow in my journey, I also become hollow in my Life and hold no expectations. The open heart is the key. When I open, trust and dare, then it doesn't matter where I am on the journey. 15
