Why Take a Gap Year?

Why go on a gap year? Our definition of taking a gap is taking time out to do something fun, exciting, different and memorable. The duration of that gap is entirely up to you. It could be anything from a couple of weeks to a couple of years; it's simply taking a break from your normal routine to experience some of the amazing things that this world has to offer.

Have fun planning!

Everyone has their own reasons for choosing to take a gap year, although you may not yet be sure where to go or have yet worked out what activities you want to plan in to your gap year or what you want to do. We are here to help you with that decision! Planning and researching your trip is hugely important and is also a lot of fun. The two key decisions you'll face are deciding where to go and what to do on a gap year. These two things are often interlinked and it's therefore essential to strike a balance that is right for you. Much will depend on what sorts of activities you want to plan in, whether that be getting your adrenaline racing with some adventure travel or taking things at a much more relaxed pace on a tour or beach break.
