A crowded island town in the San Blas islands of Panama serves as a reminder of how humans are consuming land and space at a rapid rate. Most of the Kuna people live on these densely populated islands taking turns living on small neighboring islands with nothing but coconut palm trees. They are essentially part time coconut farmers, and this is where the towns are.
