How can people get involved?
Visit my Instagram @marisapahl to see daily paintings, my creative process and read ocean advocate stories. Place a bid on a painting you love in the Instagram comments of that post.
Ocean advocates of all ages and all locations are invited to participate by sharing a photo. Answers can be as short or as long as you like.
1. Share a photo of a wild ocean place you love on Instagram or Facebook (if it is not your photo, get the photographer’s explicit permission and give them credit!)
2. Say where it is, what is special or unique about the place and any personal connection you have to this location.
3. Share one small action you do on a daily basis in support of healthy oceans. This is a great way to inspire others to take action.
4. Tag @marisapahl and #paintforhealthyoceans in the photo.
