INTERNAL REGULATION Article 1 This Regulation applies to all trainees for the whole duration of the training course. Article 2 The prevention of the risks of accidents and diseases is imperative and requires everyone to comply fully with all applicable health and safety requirements. In that respect, the general and specific safety instructions that exist within the organisation, shall be strictly observed, subject to disciplinary sanctions. Given the nature of the training carried out and its progress, the trainee shall inform those in charge of the training prior to the start of the training course of any sensitivity or food allergy that he/she may have. Article 3 Trainees are formally prohibited: - to enter and / or remain on the premises of the training centre drunk or under the influence of illegal substances; - to introduce alcoholic drinks or illegal substances on the premises of the training course; - to leave the course without any reason; - to take away any object without written authorisation; - to engage in an aggressive, violent, insulting or threatening behaviour towards anyone; - not to comply with the orders and instructions given as part of the course. Article 4 Any action or behaviour that the director or representative of the training organisation considers to be incorrect, de- pending on the nature and its gravity, may be subject to one of the following sanctions in order of importance: - Warning - Expulsion from the training course
