TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration Process
To register for any training course, you shall compulsorily fill in a registration form addressed to SAF.
Terms of cancellation
Prior written notification of any cancellation of participation shall be notified by email to the SAF which will in return
send you an acknowledgement of receipt.
The duty and responsibility to ensure that SAF receives the cancellation notice and responds to it is solely cast upon
the participant.
If the cancellation notice is received at least 15 days before the start of the training,
all paid training fees will be refunded by SAF.
If the cancellation notice is not received at least 15 days before the start of the training, the paid training fees will not
be refunded by SAF.
SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE reserves the right to cancel the training at any given time.
If SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE cancels a training due to unforeseen circumstances, SAF will proceed with the full refund
of all paid training fees.
However, SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE and SAF shall under no circumstances whatsoever be held liable for any ad-
ditional costs including but not limited to travelling fees and/or any other expenses made in connection with the
particular training.
Replacement
In case of unavailability of an already registered participant, we will be happy to welcome any other designated per-
son of your choice as his/her replacee without any additional fees.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
Any reproduction, modification or disclosure to a third party of whole or part of the training and/or documents in any
form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.
The trainee and/or his/her employer shall at all times refrain from using the name and/or brand "SERVICE A LA
FRANCAISE" or "SAF" as a trademark, company name or any other purpose including but not limited to the advertis-
ing of any product or service whatsoever, without any time or geographical restriction.
Image Rights
The trainee, authorises SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE to fix, reproduce, communicate and/or otherwise modify, by any
technical means, the photographs and films (containing a reproduction of the trainee’s image) made under this con-
tract for an indefinite period and all around the world.
The photos may be reproduced in part or in full in any known and new medium.
The filmed images may be broadcast as part of any coverage that SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE purports to produce
and/or distribute.
The trainee hereby, irrevocably and without any financial consideration, authorises SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE to
commercially and/or non-commercially exploit or otherwise allow the commercial or non-commercial exploitation,
in whole or in part of the photos and recordings (containing a reproduction of the trainee’s image) both in the public
and private sectors, by all known (and/or presently unknown) technical means and processes, be it analogic and/or
digital.
The trainee hereby, authorises the use of his image in all contexts related to the presentation or the promotion of
trainings within SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE.
Responsibility
SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE is, under the terms of the herein described training assignment, bound by a duty to “use
all reasonable means” in order to achieve a specific result and in no way whatsoever bound by a duty to achieve the
said specific result.
SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE shall, under no circumstances whatsoever, be held liable for any physical injury caused to
the trainee which might occur during, or arise out of, the practical exercises carried out during the training sessions
or for any damage, theft, deterioration or loss of objects and personal effects of the trainees.
