really great. Being required to help with a certain number of projects made us see a wide array of need within the community. It also gave us a deeper understanding of how service can effect people of different age, socioeconomic background, and location. For most of us it was the first time we had taken a class that was this heavily service based. Although a little overwhelming at times, with all the planing and coordinating, I think the majority of the class learned a lot and was fairly pleased with their accomplishments.
