Penegor The Wendy’s Company Since autumn is the “harvest season,” I found myself thinking about how harvest is also appropriate for the Dublin Chamber’s upcoming offerings and events. With hard work and careful planning, our business community is indeed well-fed, well-informed and celebrated. I hope you will take advantage of the bounty! I would like to remind you to mark your calendars and register early for Taste of Dublin on Sept. 26 at The Wendy’s Company Thomas Conference Center. A community favorite, this event brings a host of area restaurants and caterers under one roof for delicious samples of their specialty fares. VIP Corporate Ticket Packages that include a wine tasting event also are available. Find out more information about Taste of Dublin on page 6. Our community always needs good leaders, and there is still time to join the 2018 class of the Leadership Dublin Executive Program. This outstanding program runs from October through May and provides the tools needed to become an active and influential leader. The program will benefit your business as well as your leadership capabilities, so don’t miss out and register soon! As a graduate of this outstanding program, I can honestly say that it can make a difference in your life and in your community. You can find details about the Leadership Dublin Executive Program on page 5. Finally, please consider investing in the young professionals in your organization by sponsoring them to attend The Leadership Academy. This six-session program that starts in January is facilitated by area experts to sharpen the business and leadership skills of area young professionals. More information on this worthwhile program is on the back cover of this issue. We are honored to serve the Dublin business community. Thanks to the Chamber staff, members and sponsors for creating this harvest of offerings. Enjoy! Lisa Snide TCS Software, Inc.
