New Farm Confectionery was created after a trip to the confectionery filled city of Paris, France. In Paris there are many shops dedicated to confectionery for grown-ups. Beautiful, bountiful shops that are bursting with marshmallows made with only the finest ingredients, delicious salted caramels that are packaged with minimum fuss and appeal to the adult eye. All of these scrumptious sweets made me all too aware that we are missing out in Australia.

Why should you purchase New Farm Confectionery products? We believe we are producing the finest handmade confectionery in Australia. Our confectionery is aimed at the "grown-up" market. From our flavour combinations to our elegant and minimist packaging we do everything with a grown-up in mind.

We do not mass produce which means our control over quality is very high. We use the very best of chocolate from Belgium and France and we use powerful freeze dried fruits and essential oils to flavour our goods.

We believe that todays consumers want a product that has a story behind it. A product that is not commonplace and is made with skill, care and high quality ingredients. To facilitate this for our wholesalers we create a "demand" for our goods but never stock them at the the local supermarkets. This encourages a "boutique" and "unique" perception to our goods.
