WHAT IS YOUR POSITION AT CERTISURE?
Representative: Medical Aid Schemes.
WHICH SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE AT CERTISURE?
I help personnel, pensioners, farmers and the
public with medical aid funds with all their enquiries, accounts, problems or authorisations and I
draw quotations for clients interested in a medical
scheme.
WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS IMPORTANT IN RESPECT OF
CLIENT SERVICE?
The client comes first and has to be satisfied. Fast,
effective service!
HOW DO YOU SEE THE FUTURE OF THIS INDUSTRY?
Medical aid schemes are generally very expensive,
but most people realise the seriousness of having
a medical aid fund to ensure that they are covered
when they need it most.
I think we are going to see a lot of changes in
future in this industry and legislation will play a
huge role in it.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WORKING FOR CERTISURE?
I have been with Certisure for eight months only.
WHERE WERE YOU BORN AND WHERE DID YOU GROW UP?
I was born in Pretoria and I grew up in Rustenburg.
FAMILY? ARE YOU MARRIED AND DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN?
I am married to Philip and we have four children,
Nethan (13), Amore (12), Lucian (3) and Lucelle
(11 months). I am crazy about my children and
they are my whole life!!
HOBBIES?
No time for hobbies - my children occupy all my
time!
