Looking up, one can see many promises. The municipal elections will take place this year and to take part in this five-yearly event, everyone has to register on 5 and 6 March. Talking about big events - the 2016 Summer Olympic Games is around the corner and I am sure that Brazil will welcome us, with a least a samba. The cover page makes you think of the 2015 Rugby World Cup. The Springboks could so easily have given up after the beating they took from Japan. However, they chose to look up and brought home a bronze medal. El Niño and the drought are merely extraordinary incidents which we have to overcome.
