Representative - Medical aid schemes.
What kind of services do you render at Certisure?
Everything related to medical aids - the choice of a
suitable scheme and the administration thereof (enquiries, authorisations, claims, etcetera).
What do you regard as important in respect of
client service?
Prompt and continuous feedback to the client.
How do you see the future of the industry?
I am positive about it. If we continue to build on Cer-

How long have you been working for Certisure?
Six years and 8 months. Before joining Certisure I
worked as a creditor clerk at Commercial Credit, Absa
head office in Pretoria for 10 years. I also worked as a
business analyst.
Where were you born and bred?
I was born in Brits and grew up in Northcliff, Johannesburg where I completed my primary school and
high school careers.
Family?
I am single, no children.
Hobbies?
Reading, camping and mosaic work.
