Senwes Equipment technicians
among John Deere top 10

enwes Equipment is proud
to have three of the Top 10
finalists in the 2016 John Deere
Technician of the Year competition.
Casper, who works at Senwes
Equipment in Hertzogville, is very
proud. “I did not expect this. It is
wonderful and brings new challenges.” The 25-year old Casper
has been with Senwes Equipment
for the past six years.
The second Senwes Equipment
finalist is Eddie Hamilton. Eddie
joined Casper in saying that it is “a
huge challenge and a privilege” to
be part of the top 10 technicians.
He has eight years' experience in
the industry, the past four years at
the Senwes Equipment Kroonstad
branch. The 26-year old is excited
to be representing his branch at
the finals. Casper and Eddie have
both been in the top 50 for the
past two years with both in the
finals now.
The newcomer is Roelf Jones
from Senwes Equipment in Parys.
Roelf joined Senwes Equipment
only 11 months ago and entered
the competition for the first time
and immediately advanced to the
top 10. Like the other two he is
also very humble and says that he
missed the 2015 competition as he
was abroad at the time. The 31-
