enwes Precision Farming has seven specialists
with excellent agricultural knowledge, who
render professional assistance and advice to the client.
The new precision farming helpline centre assists
producers 24 hours a day. The helpline is linked
to Senwes’ workshops. An active John Deere Link
(JDLink™) ensures faster solution to problems.
Error codes are received directly from the equipment and sent to the relevant Senwes workshop.
Standing time of equipment is therefore reduced.
The link is available with the acquisition of any
new John Deere 7R, 8R and 9R-series tractors, as
well as all new John Deere S-series harvesters and
John Deere 4-series sprayers.
JDLink enables producers to do fleet control,
monitoring of equipment, electronic data processing
and the setting of period and geographic limits within which their equipment is allowed to work, from
their offices.
Precision farming offers a range of products
aimed at savings in respect of increasing input costs.
Products such as the Greenstar™ RateController,
RateController Dry and Seedstar™ can do varying
applications of liquid and granular fertiliser and
seed, which decrease tilling actions.
For navigation you can depend on, use the John
Deere Starfire™ equipment.
Precision farming offers in excess of 25 RTK basis
stations in Northwest and the Free State for repetition accuracy of up to 2 cm. Producers can do more
accurate tillage by means of the John Deere integrated Autotrac™ system.
Precision farming offers producers the Greenstar™
Autotrac Universal system, which is available for various other trademark cab tractors. Senwes Precision
