SENWES WAS PROUD TO ONCE AGAIN HOST THE SENWES SPINNERS CRICKET
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME WHICH STARTED 13 YEARS AGO IN PARTNERSHIP WITH
NORTH WEST CRICKET. THIS YEAR’S TOURNAMENT TOOK PLACE FROM 15 – 17 MARCH
2019 IN POTCHEFSTROOM.

T
he Senwes Spinners
programme is part of Senwes’
Corporate Social Investment
initiative and it focuses
on teaching children from farming
communities the game of cricket, as well
as picking up vital life skills along the
way. The programme also allows teachers
the opportunity to take part in the Level 1
Cricket South Africa coaching course.
Sebigi, attributes the advancement
of his cricket career to the Senwes
Spinners programme. He was part of the
tournament in 2006 and is now a coach at
Manana Primary School and Lichtenburg
