Agri SA is disappointed in the Minister
of Finance, Tito Mboweni's first budget
speech. Minister Mboweni's budget
speech of 2019 referred to agriculture by
means of metaphores, such as "it is time
to sow the seed of renewal and growth".
Unfortunately agriculture, with the excep-
tion of the references to land reform,
received very little attention in the speech.
