COUNCIL OAK WINE DINNER FEATURING
PLUMPJACK, CADE & ODETTE ESTATE

ouncil Oak Lounge had a Napa Valley invasion on
Thursday, June 9 with an intimate wine pairing
dinner featuring PlumpJack, CADE and Odette Estate.
The evening began with a few rounds of hors d’oeuvres
paired with CADE Sauvignon Blanc. The cocktail
reception was followed by an eclectic, four-course
dinner prepared by Council Oak Chef de Cuisine,
Dave Puatu and his team. The execution in prepping
each entrée and carefully plating the garnishes was
immaculate. The courses included Wild Boar Sugo,
Mushroom Encrusted Hogfish, and Braised Veal Shank
featuring PlumpJack Syrah, Merlot and CADE Howell
Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. The ambience was
vibrant with music by Shane Meade.

The final course of the night was a sweet delight with
Executive Pastry Chef, Stephan Schubert’s 8 Way Tasting
in Chocolate paired with Odette Estate Cabernet
Sauvignon. Attendees were in chocolate heaven! The
night ended with each guest receiving their very own
bottle of CADE Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.
