one ounce at a time. Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
has launched the One Ounce Club, a luxury spirits
program that allows guests to order exclusive,
high-end liquors in one ounce increments.
Featured spirits include exclusive offerings and
special editions such as Pappy Van Winkle’s
Family Reserve 20 Year, Johnnie Walker Blue Label
“Year of the Monkey,” Glenmorangie Pride 1978,
Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Century, Hennessy Paradis
Imperial Cognac, Rémy Martin Louis XIII Cognac,
The Macallan 30-Year-Old Fine Oak and Gran
Patrón Burdeos among others. Prices range from
$23 to $720 per ounce.
In addition to launching the One Ounce Club,
Council Oak recently expanded its award-winning
wine list. Recognized by Wine Spectator’s Award
of Excellence consecutively since 2009, Council
Oak’s wine program now features nearly 400
selections from more than a dozen countries with
offerings by the glass, half-bottle, bottle and large
formats. Representing numerous varietals and
regions, the wine program includes popular Napa
Valley classics, tête de cuvée Champagnes and
First Growth Bordeaux wines.
