RETURNS TO HARD ROCK LIVE FRIDAY, JANUARY 29 Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons are back for an encore! The original Jersey boy himself, Frankie Valli is a true American legend. Born on May 3, 1934, Valli became renowned for his distinctive falsetto as the lead vocalist of The Four Seasons. The group had a wave of major hits during the 1960s, including “Sherry,” “Walk Like a Man” and “Working My Way Back to You.” Valli continued with a successful solo career, spawning countless hit singles. Some of his unforgettable tunes include “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You,” “My Eyes Adored You” and the title song to the moviemusical Grease. As many as 200 artists have done cover versions of his “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” –from Nancy Wilson’s jazz treatment to Lauryn Hill’s hip-hop makeover. Valli’s long-lasting career has led to the overwhelming success of the Broadway musical “Jersey Boys,” which chronicles Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons' incredible career and features all their greatest hits. The “Jersey Boys,” having premiered in 2005, has now been seen by more than 18 million people worldwide, won four Tony Awards, including Best Musical (2006), and is playing in New York, Las Vegas, London, The Netherlands and soon Korea. “Jersey Boys” is the 12th longest-running show in Broadway history.
