Mindfullness of state being can take a lifetime to master

Mindfulness is another word for awareness—that is, attention

to what is happening in the moment you are in. In our culture

of overstimulation, we find ourselves coasting or mentally at rest and rightfully so, because most of us are taxed to the point of exhaustion.

Improved cognitive function lies in adequate rest, exercise, and

balanced nutrition, which refuel our minds and bodies, but also in

limiting the unneeded mental stimulation in our environment.
