With rising housing prices in France, those wanting to get on the
property ladder should be quick about it. A ranking of the top ten
French cities in which to invest, released recently, offers some
idea of where is best to entrust your hard-earned cash in the real
estate market. The ranking, released by French real estate ad
publishers Explorimmo and Explorimmoneuf, was based on factors
including demographic change, the jobs market, the presence of
a university, as well as the comparative price of renting a studio.
