- LIFESTYLE - Mary Cioffi, our team leader for the Select Group Horse and Ranch Division, used her love of horses, prior involvement in showing of various breeds, and participation in 4H clubs to build her Horse and Ranch clientele. It was a natural area of real estate for her to focus on because she spoke their language, understood their needs, and the value of improvements to a property they were buying or selling. He offered to support the team by bringing together agents from every office that held expertise in livestock, agriculture, horses, and ranches. At the recent Select Summit held at the Grand Sierra, Mary and Lee conducted a seminar on the new H&R Division and captivated an eager audience of over 50 attendees. Agents were excited for the opportunity to help their unique clientele search for their perfect country property and to showcase their knowledge in this niche arena.
