IT IS ABUSE...
¿Do you really know what sexual abuse is? We wanted to find out and we started an investigation during the months of May to July, in this, your space, your place, where your second family is, your school Nueva Colombia. You do not know but your friends, colleagues or acquaintances could be suffering from this terrifying phenomenon and maybe they do not know it, but you can help them now.
The result is frightening, 4 of 10 students would feel sexually abused, and 9 of 10 do not know what abuse really means. As it is shown in the next chart.
Have you been sexually harassed by someone?
How will we stop this phenomenon if we still do not have clarity of what it means? we explain it to you in a simple way.
If they give you unwanted kisses or caresses it is ABUSE, if they force you to practice abrupt or violent sexual activities, it is ABUSE, if they violate you or they try, it is ABUSE, if your partner or the person you are having sex with, refuses to use condoms or prevent you from accessing contraceptive methods, it is ABUSE, if you are prevented from protecting yourself against sexually transmitted infections, it is ABUSE, to have sexual contact with someone who is very drunk, drugged, unconscious or for any other reason is unable to say " yes "or" no "clearly and conscientiously, it is ABUSE, repeatedly pressuring someone to have sex or commit sexual acts, it is ABUSE and repeatedly using sexual abuse with someone, it is ABUSE.
Now that you know it, you cannot be quiet if you are being a victim or you know someone who is being sexually abused, help them and REMEMBER THAT THE BLAME IS NOT YOURS!
