There are total of 5 storeys for the towers. The first two storeys, just like what we had at the Pioneer office, are for production and storage. The 3rd storey is mainly used for parking, but it is also where our main reception and our new and larger clubhouse are located.
For the office tower, 4th floor is occupied by Marketing,
Contracts, Operations, Design Division, Technical Supports as well as 2 newly reformed Infrastructures and Bridge Design & Construction Methods Department.
On level 4, you will see what is now a concrete and bare roof terrace, albeit a few potted plants. Stay tuned to a ‘Green’ transformation coming right up!
