BADGE LANYARDS: $5,000 (Exclusive Sponsorship)
Each lanyard is an 18” fabric tie featuring the sponsoring company’s logo, as well as the SEBC logo. Lanyards are distributed to all attendees
from the registration area and worn throughout the conference and expo. This exclusive sponsorship includes recognition in the SEBC
Official Program and on the SEBC website prior to and one month following the event. Lanyards are produced by SEBC prior to the show
dates. Artwork is due at contract signing.
HAPPY HOUR: $5,000 (Exclusive Sponsorship)
All SEBC attendees will receive one (1) complimentary drink ticket on Thursday evening during the SEBC Happy Hour in the Expo Hall. This
sponsorship includes acknowledgment on event signage as the event sponsor and throughout the Gaylor Palms hotel, recognition in the
SEBC Official Program, and on the SEBC website. Artwork is due at contract signing.
CHARGING STATION: $3,500 (Exclusive Sponsorship)
SEBC attendees are always looking to charge their phones to stay in touch with friends, family, colleagues, and exhibitors. Be the first to
stay in front of prospective clients by sponsoring SEBC charging stations. Your charging station will be strategically placed to provide
optimal exposure for your company. Signage with your company logo will be placed on the sponsored charging station. This sponsorship
includes recognition in the SEBC Official Program and on the SEBC website. Artwork is due at contract signing.
REGISTRATION DESK: $3,500 (Exclusive Sponsorship)
Don’t wait to be seen on the Expo Hall floor. Capture your audience when they arrive to SEBC as the exclusive Registration Desk
sponsor. Your company’s logo will be placed in a prime position among SEBC’s branding and seen by the masses when they enter and
exit the Expo Hall. This sponsorship also includes recognition in the SEBC Official Program and on the SEBC website. Artwork is due at
contract signing.
PRIZE GIVEAWAY CHALLENGE: $500 (20 Sponsorships)
This year, we will require SEBC attendees to visit up to 20 designated exhibitors for a chance to win SEBC sponsored giveaways.
Attendees will receive a “Prize Giveaway Challenge Card” that features up to 20 exhibitor logos and booth numbers. As a sponsor,
your logo will be placed on the card, promoting your booth and encouraging attendees to specifically visit you. Logo recognition on
signage and the SEBC website is included in this sponsorship. Artwork is due at contract signing.
PRIZE HEADQUARTERS: $3,500 (Exclusive Sponsorship)
Your company could be the most visited booth at SEBC when you choose
to be the SEBC Prize Headquarters. All attendees will have to come by your
booth to drop-off their “Prize Giveaway Challenge Card” – and again to pick
up the prize they’ve won. Get the most out of SEBC by being the SEBC Prize
Headquarters.
