We all have a calling in life and I believe starting SEAT was mine... to fulfill an industry gap of technology learning & collaboration, but more importantly to be a connector of people and friends, which we now call the SEAT Community.
Beginning at last year's USA conference, SEAT 2016 Las Vegas, I began embedding into the conference, leadership and executive coaching sessions and workshops. Moving forward, these will continue to be weaved into the overall fabric of every SEAT event.
I am passionate about keeping these as a center focus for leaders whom attend SEAT as I forsee that your roles are dynamically changing and will continue to change as technology evolves and as the fans/customers evolve with their use of technology.
These factors will force the sports & entertainment industry to add new roles, change their organization structures and evolve with leaders taking on new responsibities mapping to new career journeys throughout your exciting careers!
