Corning Proves to Be Partners in Selfies at Raymond James Stadium

Raymond James Stadium is a 66,000 seat stadium located in Tampa, Florida that is home to the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the South Florida Bulls NCAA football teams. The venue has hosted many special events including the Outback Bowl, Monster Jam, Super Bowls XXXV and XLIII as well as the 2017 College Football Playoff National Championship.

The bar continues to rise for the digital fan experience at live games and events, with fans now expecting to be able to post videos, pictures, and updates instantaneously from mobile devices. At football games moments are shared from the tailgating, to the blaring horns of the marching band, to the celebration after the winning touchdown. The excitement is just as contagious outside of the stadium thanks to social media, fueling the desire to want be there live and in-person!

In preparation for the January 2017 College Football playoff between Clemson and Alabama, AT&T decided to bolster their cellular network coverage inside and immediately outside of the stadium.
