ENGAGING STUDENTS IN STAFF DEVELOPMENT: THE PGT STUDENT EXPERIENCE Mark Charters, The Glasgow School of Art The case study below provides details of a collaborative staff development project. The project aimed to explore the experiences of our PGT students from entry to graduation; develop a data set to help inform enhancement activities; and to devise a collaborative workshop for staff to engage with project outputs and co-create solutions and enhancements. The case study outlines the project process as well as providing reflection from key staff who supported the project and collaborated with the students.
