RECOGNITIONS
enhance the in-restaurant experience with
new innovations.
What is your favorite thing about
the BWW brand?
It’s a fun brand. I love that we’ve
created a unique in-restaurant experi-
ence that sets us apart from the others.
Differentiation is important to our brand.
What are three things people would
be surprised to know about you?
I’m a father of 4-year-old twin boys.
They keep me on my toes and humble.
I was raised in Chicago and fell in love
with the Midwest and the people living there.
I’m a long suffering Miami Dolphins
fan. ‘Nuf said.
What are your goals for your first
year in this position?
To ensure we’re positioned to truly
support this business and its growth plan.
I see a big opportunity for us in the digital
space. We’re just getting started with what
we can do to really engage our fans and
personalize their experience.
Equally important, we need to ensure
we can properly support the day-to-day
business. Stability is a big area of focus so
that team members can focus on our guests
without being hindered by technology issues.
Tell us a little about your
personal/family life.
I’m happily married to Vanessa, my
wife of 10 years. She was born and raised
in South Florida. When I first told a
franchisee that we moved up from Florida
in December, he told me, “I sure would love
to meet your future ex-wife!” I’m happy to
report that all is well, thanks in part to a
mild Minnesota winter. We’re loving it here.

The only comment I would add is
that, while I’ve covered the guest experi-
ence well, empowering our team members
and driving efficiencies through all aspects
of our operation are very important as
well. Technology powers every part of our
business, and we must do it well.
I look forward to working closely
with our franchisee partners in the coming
months and years. It’s gre
